Description of services
Corrective maintenance on demand
Help Desk service (one number operating on the entire national territory): it is used for receiving an managing service requests.
On-site service: one of our technicians will maintain the malfunctioning terminal and restore it to normal operating conditions by replacing the faulty module/components or the entire terminal.
Services available Monday through Friday from 08:30 to 17:30, holidays excluded.

Service and technology

ATC SERVICES (in collaboration with our partner): on-site software maintenance (terminals, etc), installation and start-up. Second level call management and problem determination.
